Williams Baptist College has four sets of apartments available for families: Callahan, Nicholas East & West, and Southerland Hall Apartments.
Callahan, Nicholas East & West Apartments have two bedrooms, one bath, refrigerator, stove, washer/dryer hookup in the bath/utility room and a storage room. The renter pays utilities.
Southerland Hall Apartments have two bedrooms, one bath, stove and refrigerator. The College pays utilities. Utilities include: gas, water, electricity, cable, Internet, telephone local and in house phone service.

Callahan Apartments - $300 per month (utilities not included)
Nicholas East Apartments – $275 per month (utilities not included)
Nicholas West Apartments - $310 per month (utilities not included)
Southerland Hall Apartments- $525 per month (utilities included)
Deposit for Callahan and Nicholas East & West is equal to one month’s rent payable in advance at the Office of Student Affairs. Deposit for Southerland Hall Apartments is $300.
Rent is paid on the first of each month in the Business Office in the Swaim Administration Building. Rent is prorated for partial month’s occupancy. The first month’s rent must be paid at the same time as the deposit.
